These radios can be either VHF, or UHF, (remember that Oklahoma DMR is all UHF), and will receive either analog or DMR signals. Here is the most recent Tytera v1.37 software that can be used to program the MD-390 and MD-380 radios. This software is free and available from the Jerry and the people at Connect Systems. That page lists the radios supported with the current build. It supports a large number of manufacturers and models, as well as provides a way to interface with multiple data sources and formats. This software is free, and open-source tool for programming your amateur radio. Listed below are these programs, with links to that software. Each codeplug title starts with the name of the program that is used to download that plug. Software programs are used to program these radios. These are all provided ‘as is,’ and you at your own risk.

These codeplugs are for the Norman, OK area. This page is a repository for codeplugs that you can use with amateur radios.
